Shipping Policy

We ship by UPS and United States Postal Service at our discretion. We can ship worldwide however due to size restrictions imposed on some areas the cost to ship a larger item may be too high to justify the purchase. Customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping at any time. You may also make an appointment to pick items at our warehouse in Jasper, MO.

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items require additional shipping charges. These charges are stated in the product description.

If you would like expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental US (lower 48), please contact us for a shipping quote.


Combined Shipping

Combined Shipping

We combine shipping on multiple item orders whenever possible. We cannot combine shipping on items such as saddles and harnesses. However, smaller items purchased along with a larger item, such as bridles, bits, girths, etc... purchased with a saddle may be combined. Shipping charges would be the largest charge plus $3 for each additional items. Standard shipping fees are as follows:

  • Heavy Team Harnesses - $80.
    Shipping for 2 collars is an additional $40.
    Shipping for other fittings is an additional $3 per item.

  • Heavy Single Harnesses - $65.
    Shipping for a collar and other fittings is an additional $3 per item.

  • Australian, Spanish/Portuguese, Western Saddles - $45.
    Shipping for fittings is an addtional $3 per item.

  • Heavy Harness Collars - $40.
    One additional collar shipped for an additional $3.

  • English Saddles - $39.
    Shipping for fittings is an additional $3 per item.

  • Minature Aussie and Leadline Saddles - $35.
    Shipping for fittings is an additional $3 per item.

  • Minature English or Western Saddles - $30.
    Shipping for fittings is an additional $3 per item.

  • Fittings and other tack items - $12.
    Shipping for additional fittings and other tack items $3 per item.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Dancing Bay LLC is a retail company, and as such makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any merchandise sold other than warranted by the manufacturer. Purchaser is entirely responsible for his/her safety while using merchandise purchased from Dancing Bay Tack or Dancing Bay LLC.
